Anvia – Initially commenced providing mortgage / finance broking services in 2002. Since then the business is evolving (with the Directors) to focus on providing financial help to clients, no matter what stage of life they may be at.

We found many clients asking about our experiences as property investors and making the decision to invest directly in property themselves. Over the last few years we have recognized the number of property investment strategies and elaborate schemes available in the market that failed to address fundamental issues, and are often misleading to new investors. This led to further specializing in assisting property investors achieve their goals.

Sylvia Gale – has been involved in the finance industry since 1977. Her experience covers all aspects of lending including; basic banking, small to medium business finance, equipment finance, and both commercial and residential mortgages. Sylvia commenced as a mortgage broker in 2002 after seeing glaring deficiencies in the service level being provided to her clients. In her many years in finance, Sylvia has helped numerous people improve their finances with straight forward, quality advice and service.

Qualifications / Accreditations – Certified Mortgage Consultant with the MFAA (Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia), Certificate in Investment Property Advising, Diploma Financial Planning Module 1, Real Estate Certificate




Sylvia plays an active role in ensuring the deveopment and raising of industry standards. She is an active property investor owning multiple properties.
